3. Software Licensing
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
GazeIT does not own or develop third-party software products.
Software licenses are governed by the respective software publisher.
License pricing, renewal terms, usage rights, and subscription policies are determined by the software vendor.

Customers are responsible for complying with the software publisher's license agreement.
4. Hardware Products
Where GazeIT supplies hardware, such as:

Barcode Scanners
Receipt Printers
Label Printers
Cash Drawers
RFID Devices
Biometric Devices
Tablets
Mobile Computers
Networking Equipment
the manufacturer's warranty, replacement, and repair policies apply.
GazeIT acts as an implementation and supply partner and does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
Provide accurate business requirements.
Assign authorized project contacts.
Provide timely approvals.
Supply required business data.
Ensure availability of required infrastructure.
Purchase valid software licenses.
Maintain regular backups.
Participate in testing and user acceptance.
Attend training sessions.
Project delays caused by delayed customer responses may impact delivery timelines.
6. Project Changes
Any request beyond the agreed project scope may require:
Scope review
Revised quotation
Additional implementation charges
Timeline revision
GazeIT reserves the right to evaluate all change requests before commencing additional work.
7. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payments are due according to the approved quotation or agreement.
Software licenses are generally non-refundable once activated.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
Taxes are charged as applicable under prevailing laws.
Outstanding invoices may attract interest where permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to:

Documentation
Templates
Training Materials
Source Code developed by GazeIT (unless otherwise agreed)
Business Frameworks
remain the property of GazeIT unless specifically transferred under a written agreement.
Third-party software remains the property of its respective owners.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

Financial Information
Customer Data
Technical Documentation
Project Information
Credentials
Trade Secrets
Confidential information will not be disclosed except where required by law or with written consent.
10. Data Protection
GazeIT handles customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Customers remain responsible for:
Data accuracy
Backup procedures
Regulatory compliance
Access permissions
Where required, GazeIT may process customer data solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services.
11. Third-Party Products and Services
GazeIT may recommend or implement products from third-party vendors.
These products remain subject to:
Vendor pricing
Vendor licensing
Vendor support policies
Vendor service availability
Vendor product roadmap
GazeIT is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, feature modifications, or discontinuation of third-party products.
12. Support Services
Support services may include:

Minor Enhancements
Support does not include major custom development unless covered under a separate agreement.
Support availability depends on the selected service plan or Annual Support Subscription (ASS).
13. Service Availability
While GazeIT strives to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee continuous availability due to factors including:

Cloud platform outages
Third-party vendor maintenance
Customer infrastructure issues
Force majeure events
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GazeIT shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Business interruption
Loss of goodwill
Loss of business opportunities
Data loss resulting from customer actions or third-party failures
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Warranty Disclaimer
Professional services are provided using commercially reasonable skill and care.
Except where expressly stated in writing, GazeIT makes no warranties regarding:
Specific business outcomes
Increase in revenue
Search engine rankings
Operational savings
Compatibility with unsupported systems
Third-party software performance
16. Project Completion
A project shall be considered completed when:
Deliverables are accepted by the customer;
The agreed implementation scope has been delivered; or
The customer begins production use without reporting material issues within the agreed acceptance period.
Any additional work requested after project completion may be treated as a new engagement.
17. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred before the termination date, including payment obligations for completed work or non-refundable third-party licenses.
18. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Introduce malware or malicious code.
Copy or misuse website content without permission.
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
19. Changes to These Terms
