The subscription period for the services provided by Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited commences from the date of approval of the assessment document.

The subscription period officially begins on the date of approval of the assessment document.

The subscription may be renewed upon mutual agreement of both parties

Renewal terms, including any changes to subscription fees, shall be outlined in a renewal agreement.

Failure to renew the subscription does not relieve the subscribing entity or individual of any obligations or liabilities accrued during the initial subscription period.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of the subscription.

Any modifications or amendments to the subscription terms must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

Once the assessment document is approved by the subscribing entity or individual, the subscription becomes non-cancelable.

The subscribing entity or individual understands and agrees that, once the assessment document is approved, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Single Onsite Visit: Rs. 8,000/- + Tax

Actual Expenses: We understand that the location of service may vary, and actual traveling and boarding expenses will be incurred. These expenses will be billed to you at cost.

Fixed Rate: In instances where actual expenses are not incurred or are below the fixed rate, a flat fee of Rs. 5,000/- per visit/day will be applied.
