Cancellation and Refund

Return and Refund Policy:

Electronics Goods:

  1. Returns:

    • Customers have 7days from the date of purchase to return any electronics goods for a refund or exchange.

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

    • GazeIT reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return.

  2. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  3. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    • If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Software Services:

  1. Refund Policy:

    • GazeIT offers a 3 Days refund policy for software services.

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@gazeit.in.

    • Refunds will be processed within 30days upon approval.

  2. Cancellation:

    • Customers can cancel their subscription or service by notifying Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited in writing.

    • Cancellations may be subject to prorated charges, and refunds will be issued accordingly.

Consulting Services:

  1. Cancellation and Refund:

    • Consulting services can be canceled with 3days notice.

    • If the cancellation is made within this period, Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited will refund any prepaid fees, excluding any work already performed.

  2. Project Termination:

    • If the consulting project is terminated by the client before completion, Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited may charge for work performed up to that point.

General Terms:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If the product is received damaged or defective, customers should contact accounts@gazeit.in within 48hrs for assistance.

  2. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  3. Changes to Policies:

    • Gaze IT Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.​​
